Marci Izard is a top-selling cookbook author, yoga instructor, and syndicated blogger. In each platform she encourages feeling to connect with intuition and be the best versions of ourselves.
In 2015 she released Nourishing Your Whole Self: A Cookbook with Feelings and Feel for Peace, a guided meditation album.
Marci believes that feeling is a method of mindfulness that makes us more present, self-aware, and inclined to make balanced choices in our diets and lives.
After ten years in TV news with roles that included anchoring, reporting, and hosting cooking and mindfulness segments, Marci now writes Marci’s Table, a blog on the Houston Chronicle and other Hearst websites, speaks at workshops and conferences, leads private and corporate classes, and regularly teaches at YogaOne Studios in Houston.
Originally from Connecticut, Marci lives in Houston with her fiancé and two spoiled cats, Morton and (this guy) Schubert.
