Pico de Gallo for a Healthy Snack/Condiment
5/11/15 — This radiant snack/condiment is healthy and delicious! Serve it up with some chips for a rockin’ appetizer, or use it as a taco topping. Bon appetite!
Pico de Gallo
- 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- ½ jalapeno, minced (seeds removed to cut down on spiciness as desired)
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- Salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well. Serve with chips, tortillas or tacos.
