Chocolate Peanut Butter Croissants

6/4/14 — This rich and gooey chocolaty dessert is a family favorite. Warning: it’s nearly possible to just eat one!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Croissants

  • 8 oz. crescent rolls
  • 8 tsp creamy peanut butter
  • 4 oz. semi-sweet Baker’s chocolate
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350F. Separate the dough, and roll each piece out slightly. Spread 1 tsp. of peanut butter over each triangle and add 1 piece of chocolate. Roll them all up.

Brush the beaten egg over the rolls and transfer them onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 12-13 minutes, until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Makes 8 croissants.
