A friend recently semi-scoffed at me for making this silky-smooth delicious drink from scratch.  She likened it to “those people who buy SodaStreams.”  (I’m one of them too.)

Sure, you’re not going to break the bank buying the beverage at your local Kroger, but there are some legit other reasons why occasionally making almond leche in your casa is a worthy cause!
